Star Trek!

So I was one of the 30 bloggers who are selected to review the upcoming movie "Star Trek" for omy.sg it was totally worth watching. And yes this is the Gala Premier for this movie :D.

Imagine being invited to a premier with all the VIPs, Celebrities and etc. That feeling is awesome much. Anyway the ticket is not even a ticket, its a some sort of invitation card. The security was uber high, electronic devices that can retain image or audio has to be removed and be stored with them. After which bags will be screen before going in! That's like going to an airport!

For all I know I wasn't a fan of Star Trek, reason because I didn't manage to catch even one episode before. But I am a Sci-Fi fan and of course but after watching this, you'll totally be hook on. Its even better then Star Wars or other Sci-Fi shows. If your a Star Trek hardcore fan, lol then this is a definitely must watch. duh! The graphics, special effects, story line are top. If you're having doubts, don't doubt it and just go and watch it. At first I thought it would be as bad as

but I was wrong, this movie is totally badass. Its a must watch movie of the season if not year!!

Coke Zero

AAAA! Spent more then 3hrs to create a stop motion animation for Coke Zero video contest. And I obviously spend some money on a 6 pack.

So it was more then 400 images taken. And today I spent another 3hours to edit the video and for what? for only 30 SECONDS video clip. Awesome or what! :D

Nikon PictureTown

So there is a new photo service in the block. Nikon my PictureTown is like photobucket or those free image hosting out there BUT! There is more to this service that others doesn't offer. It allows users to upload RAW file. That's like the uncompressed image file = higher quality. Also they are providing 2GB storage space but you could also upgrade to have more.

The uploading part is no brainer, just click upload button and walah.

Anyway they have a sidebar which will show the date which the image was taken on and uploaded. Very useful when you want to know when did you took it.

Other features that caught my attention was this GeoTagging. Its fairly easy to tag your photos with PictureTown just click the globe icon in the "view as: " and you'll get a world map by Google.

Just drag the image into the location and yeah that's about it simple as 123.

To get the Image url to post anywhere you want, just click the info button while highlighting the image and you'll see the url info and etc.

Banana Money

Walked all around Chinatown and found some 10 Dollars Banana note from 1942 and at least if I was sent back in time I still got some money with me to survive. zomg! That lady there was holding 3 sponge balls of emotion control that everyone in its vicinity was being amazed by it. ;o but that kind of device shouldn't be available to commoners! Its too powerful!
